My cactus flower closed up and now it will not open back up?

I sat it on the patio, we had some rough weather and I think thats the cause. But how do I get to open back up now? Its in my window sill . The flower looks weathered but is not dead at all.



Small tiny potted cactus.



I would really like to see it open back up. Its been months.

you have to remove it from there put it back to where you had it first,drain it out ,do not water it untill it is dry to your touch...too much water sometimes does this..
