check out your local telephone book, yellow pages.. start with the a's and keep going.. you will find your suppliers, and other ideals...when i started that is what i did, i found my suppliers and good mailing list's and ideas, i also researched my competiers for prices, services, etc.. good luck to you and enjoy your new business.... sorry if spelling is wrong, i broke my glasses and not sure if i mispelled anything...

Reply:Don't. If you have to ask these basic questions, your business is surely doomed to failure. Try working AT a home and garden supply store to learn more about the business before opening your own store.
