what plants grow well in a room that doesn't get very bright?
I want to put a potted plant (preferably with flowers) in my bedroom that gets medium light??
Peace Lilies are very easy to grow, don't require a lot of light, and produce nice white flowers.
If you want more color, both Begonias and African Violets are fairly low maintenance as well. Both like bright indirect light.
Orchids are by far the most beautiful of flowering houseplants, but they are pretty high maintenance. If you get one of these it's a good idea to do your research first about how to properly care for one.
