Can you have flowers on a military plot year around? If they are in a flower pot set in the ground.?

depends on the cemetary. My mother's grave, for instance( a National Veteran's cemetary) may not have flowers on the grave during the Winter months at all, and potted plants or stems may only be there for 2 weeks the rest of the year.

No, the grounds keeper will remove them after a day or so.

I am assuming you are referring to a plot at a national cemetery
Reply:Yep. I go every weekend to my dads grave and change em out.
