I planted some Bachelor's buttons in a pot in my backyard, i want to know how much sun they need, how much water they need, any extra tips you have for caring for them, etc. I'm in Canada (close to ottawa, the capital) and the summers here get pretty hot, but also, the winters get pretty cold. Can you help me?
Bachelor's button, (flower) how do i take care of them?
bachelor buttons or corn flowers are fairly easy...they get tall and can take fairly indecent soil.. they need full sun and water when tops of soil begin to dry...dont over water though... you can pinch the dead flowers off and save for seed for next year
